Esmond “Ez” Druker

A founding member of Mercadien, Ez has been through it all. A Managing Director of The Mercadien Group, Ez has helped countless entrepreneurs grow into business leaders. Through his experience, he was able to identify areas he could serve, giving life to many of the firm’s specialty groups, including the Medical Practice and Elder Care Groups.  With an integral role in the firm’s Estate and Trust Planning Division, Ez has lectured on managing assets of high net-worth individuals.  Ez currently works on tax planning for his clients. He navigates tax guidelines with ease, ensuring his clients are compliant with the rules and regulations.

Ez’s clients benefit not just from his decades of experience, but also from the connections he’s made along the way. If Ez feels that a client can be better served by an expert in given field, he will reach out to his network and introduce the client. He’s always looking out for their best interest.
