Carletti, CPA, PSA, Director in Mercadien’s Nonprofit & Human Services Group, has been named one of South Jersey Biz’s 2026 Young Professionals to Watch. The annual recognition highlights professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate leadership, professional achievement, and a commitment to their organizations and communities.

Mr. Carletti has more than a decade of experience providing audit and assurance services to nonprofit organizations, including human services organizations, trade associations, private schools, and private foundations. In his role with the firm, he is responsible for planning and managing audit engagements, evaluating internal controls, and working with client management and governing boards to present financial results and address compliance considerations. His experience includes navigating regulatory requirements such as Uniform Guidance and Yellow Book standards.

Mr. Carletti’s recognition reflects his commitment to the accounting profession as well as his continued involvement in the organizations and communities he serves.
