Stan Novik

Stan Novik is the Production Director at Mercadien, P.C., Certified Public Accountants and is part of our operations team. Stan joined us in February of 2020, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in the finance and software industries. As a strong leader and management professional, Stan identifies strategic opportunities and leads successful initiatives. Stan’s positive and enthusiastic attitude and his ability to solve problems have continuously proven to be an asset to the firm.

Stan oversees the firm’s operating standards, IT and cybersecurity vendor relationships, project management, and production. He helps to ensure vendor partnerships support the firm’s goals, delivering resilient, secure, and efficient technology solutions. Stan promotes effective and efficient management of client engagements and firm initiatives by maximizing utilization and realization goals. Additionally, he serves on the firm’s Innovation Committee, where he contributes to the initiation and implementation of new ideas and technology across the organization.

Before Mercadien, Stan spent 14 years in the Finance industry, later moving on to roles within competitive intelligence, data analytics and product management
