Lovepreet Buttar is a Managing Director at Mercadien and serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Nonprofit and Human Services Group. Her specific areas of expertise include working with government funded entities, conducting Single Audits, and advising nonprofit organizations on maintaining their tax-exempt status, including compliance with annual IRS reporting requirements.
