He interfaces and collaborates with their investment advisors to develop strategies that suit the client’s needs. Serving as an integral member of the firm’s executive and growth committees, Conrad’s internal leadership role at Mercadien includes managing the business affairs of the firm and its affiliated companies, guiding operations, and stimulating firm growth.
