Despite renewed focus on mortgage compliance and fair lending practices, violations of the

At this complimentary, group-live, 90-minute seminar, attendees will learn:
- the amendments made to HMDA by the
Economic Growth and Regulators Relief and Consumer Protection Act of May 2018
and the CFPB interpretative and procedural rules;
- to identify specific lender responsibilities to maintain HMDA compliance;
- to recognize the main HMDA regulatory reporting errors and how to avoid them.
