We hope you and your families are safe and healthy and continue to be protected during these unpredictable times. We wanted to reach out to provide an update on how Mercadien is handling the Coronavirus outbreak.

Our team has continued to closely monitor the Coronavirus outbreak and follow the recommendations of national, state and local officials and health agencies. Considering the current global state of affairs, our team will be working remotely starting March 19th, until further notice.  

Our primary consideration has been and always will be the health and safety of our team, clients and the community we serve. This unprecedented course of action is essential to the health and wellness of our team and necessary to contain the spread of the virus. Despite the circumstances, we will continue to uphold our commitment to our clients.

Due to our team working remotely,  we will no longer be holding in-office appointments and meetings or visiting clients onsite at this time. We are more than happy and available to meet via telephone and video conferencing services in order to continue to conduct business as usual and ensure that we are still able to provide our clients with the same high level of service that they expect.

We will utilize our state-of-the art technology, including remote access tools, to operate accounting systems and software. We will also continue to be available via email. We strongly encourage and recommend that our clients use our online secure information sharing portals and/or send files through our encrypted and secure email system, as it is highly likely that no one will be at our office to accept mail, courier and/or personal delivery of any documents.

During this difficult time, we want to assure you that regardless of the situation, you can expect seamless and consistent client service that we have provided on a perpetual basis for over 55 years. We want you to know that you can contact us anytime regarding any aspect of your engagement with us, or with questions you may have, and feel confident that we will respond promptly.
