Description: Mercadien is a proud sponsor of The Norm Brodsky College of Business Hall of Fame, where Karen West, CPA ’82, MBA ’89, Former Chief Operating Officer of The Mercadien Group and Rider University alumna, is being honored on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Marigold in Somerset, NJ.

Karen’s distinguished career spans more than three decades across accounting, finance, operations, and strategic leadership. She remains actively engaged with Rider University as an adjunct professor and as a founding member of the Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Council, helping shape the student experience in leadership, organizational development, and human resources.
