Description: Mercadien is proud to promote NJBankers Compliance University, which will take place on September 20 – 21, 2023 as a virtual conference. Raji Sathappan, CPA, MBA, CRCM, CAMS, CISA, Managing Director of Mercadien’s Financial Institutions Services Group will be the emcee for the conference.
Day 1: will be led by compliance expert Jerod Moyer who will discuss key topics including Section 1071 – ECOA Small Business Lending Data Collection and Reporting, Fair Lending, UDAAP and Flood Insurance FAQ Highlights.
Day 2: a panel of regulators will discuss top violations in compliance. Attendees will explore HMDA, Fraud Risk Management, Cannabis Compliance and Overdraft Protection.
