Description: Pranav Naik, MS, CAMS, CFE, Supervising Senior Associate & Dominic Hulick, CAMS, Supervisor with Mercadien’s Financial Institutions Services Group will present a workshop at the NJBankers Association’s BSA Conference Oct. 27th & 28th. Pranav & Dominic will be speaking on the changing landscape of customer’s profiles due to COVID-19 and the need to adapt transaction monitoring/investigations.

Workshop Description:

    • Attendees will learn:
      • How to Assess the impact of the pandemic on the institution’s BSA/AML risk profile and current control environment to identify gaps needing remediation.
      • How to utilize data analytics to support or recommend changes to the BSA/AML monitoring system’s alert/customer risk scoring parameters.
