The New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) Annual Women Business Leaders Forum was held Friday, September 14, 2018, at the Newark Liberty Airport Marriott.  Under the theme, Empowering Together, 400+ attendees heard from featured speakers, including make-up magnate Bobbi Brown as keynote, and panelists at five different educational breakout sessions.  Mercadien sponsored the session, ‘Growing a Women’s Network.’  Sherise Ritter, CPA, CGFM, CGMA, PSA, a managing director and co-chair of the Nonprofit & Human Services Group, was one of several impressive executives on the panel sharing stories about their corporate women’s initiatives.  Watch the video and hear the commentary from successful business leaders: why they started a women’s network group in their workplace, how they did it, and how it has grown.
