Sick Leave, Equal Pay, Labor & Payroll Law Compliance.  The implementation of recent HR-related law and regulatory changes may significantly affect your organization’s finances, payroll processing, employee productivity, mission and morale in 2018 and thereafter.

Both signed into law in spring 2018, the Equal Pay Act was effective July 1, 2018 and the Paid Sick Leave Act takes effect on October 29, 2018. They apply to all NJ employers, regardless of business, size or number of employees.
