NJSEA Bankruptcy Educational Event
Description: Elizabeth LaCorte, CPA, CIRA, CGMA, Manager with Mercadien’s Forensic & Litigation Support Services Group will participate as a speaker in the New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents educational event on Wednesday, November 11th. Elizabeth will discuss bankruptcy and the associated taxation due to the current economic situation.
During these extraordinary times when millions are unemployed and businesses are closing their doors every day, tax professionals are an important resource to those seeking relief from financial hardship through bankruptcy. This course is intended to be a general overview of bankruptcy for tax professionals.
