About the Forum: This year’s theme is Empowering Together and is the perfect place to gather with New Jersey women and men to network, exchange ideas, gain leadership skills and identify how NJBIA can help women make headway in corporate leadership and build the next generation of women CEOs.
The forum provides five different educational breakout sessions (with the ability to attend two sessions) that help build professional development skills in networking, communications, negotiations and dealing with challenges in the workplace. Speakers will share their stories and provide resources needed to get to the next level of your career.
