Public Notice of Plan of Distribution to Customers of
L.C. Wegard & Co., Inc.

On January 4, 2010, the Superior Court of New Jersey
entered an Order (the “Court Order”) approving
the Plan of Distribution (the “Distribution Plan”)
of the Litigation Estate to Customers of L.C. Wegard
& Co., Inc. (“L.C. Wegard”) who purchased
securities listed below (the “Relevant Securities”)
between October 1, 1991 and September 30, 1994 (the “Relevant
Period”): |

- AGP&Co.
- Chefs International Inc.
- Consolidated Technology Group, Ltd. (f/k/a Sequential
Information Systems, Inc.)
- Diamond Entertainment Corp.
- Futurebiotics, Inc.
- Gates / FA Distributing, Inc.
- Gentner Communications Corp
- Great American Recreation, Inc.
- Common stock
- Zero Coupon Subordinated Debentures
- Subordinated Pay in Kind Debentures

- Immunotherapeutics Corp
- Lafayette Industries Inc.
- Linkon Corp
- Metalclad Corp
- Nacoma Consolidated Industries, Inc.
- Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc.
- Officeland, Inc.
- PDK Labs, Inc.
- Primedex Health Systems, Inc.

- US Transportation Systems, Inc.

If
you were a customer of L.C. Wegard and purchased Relevant
Securities during the Relevant Period you may be eligible
to receive a distribution from the Litigation Estate.
Pursuant to the Court Order, all customers of
L.C. Wegard, who purchased Relevant Securities during
the Relevant Period, must submit a signed original Proof
of Claim, together with any accompanying or supporting
documentation, to Claims Administration, c/o Donald
F. Conway, Receiver, P.O. Box 8329, Princeton, NJ 08543-8329,
so as to be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Prevailing
Eastern Time, on the May 31, 2011 (the “Bar Date”).
Any person that is required to file a Proof of Claim,
but that fails to do so by the Bar Date, shall be forever
barred, estopped and enjoined from receiving any distribution
from the Litigation Estate.
