As a specialist in working with closely-held businesses, Ms. Soley counsels clients in the area of accounting systems, where she has been instrumental in implementing processes to favorably affect profitability. She has been a leader in designing and implementing financial reporting software systems here at the firm as well as for her clients. Furthermore, as a member of the Tax Practice, she oversees tax engagements and supervises other professionals. She also has vast experience in working with clients on 1031 and 1033 exchanges, preparation of various corporate and individual tax returns, as well as estate and trust tax returns. Ms. Soley works closely with clients to ensure their goals are met.
A graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Ms. Soley is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Soley serves as vice president for the Woodmere Senior Citizens Housing Corporation and the Crescent Park Senior Citizens Housing Corporation. She is also a trustee of the Reformed Church Home and serves as the treasurer of the Spotswood Reformed Church.
