As a business consultant and professional, Marguerite has extensive experience in the performance of audits, reviews, and compilations. In addition to financial services, she provides strategic, business, tax and estate planning to a multitude of clients. Well rounded in all aspects of tax compliance, Marguerite brings a multi-faceted knowledge base to the planning arena.  She also has extensive experience in applying international tax treaties to the individual and corporate environment and has advised multi-national taxpayers on a variety of tax and compliance issues.  Additionally, Marguerite is a frequently requested speaker and published author on numerous business topics.

Mimi is the recipient of the 2006 Outstanding Woman of Business from the Burlington County Chosen Freeholders and Council of Women, the 2005 Woman of Distinction Award in the World of Finance from the Girl Scouts of Delaware-Raritan, Inc., and the 2005 Ethel Downing Johnson Memorial Award from the YWCA of Trenton for her commitment to the YWCA's mission of eliminating racism and empowering women and girls.  The Princeton Area Community Foundation named Mimi to its Professional Advisory Recognition Society to recognize her role in the community as a profession advisor.

In addition to her professional associations, Marguerite is a member of the boards of the American Red Cross of Central New Jersey, serving as chairman; the Princeton Area Community Foundation serving as treasurer; and treasurer for Einstein’s Alley.  She is also co-chair of the Women in Business Committee of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Greater Mercer County Estate Planning Council.  In her local community, Mimi is chairwoman of the City of Bordentown Economic Development Committee and Gilder Park Task Force.

A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University’s W. Paul Stillman School of Business, Marguerite is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the American Institute and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.  With her husband and two children, Marguerite is a resident of the City of Bordentown, New Jersey.
