industries as well, such as retail, medical and
construction. She regularly performs tax planning,
preparation and reporting for these industries as
well as nonprofit organizations and individuals.
Lisa is co-chair of the firm’s Nonprofit
Services Group and is a frequent speaker on such
topics as Form 990, board governance and budgeting.
She sometimes authors articles for the firm’s
electronic newsletter, the Nonprofit Examiner,
as well as a variety of other publications.
Lisa currently serves as President of the Board
of Trustees of Millhill Child and Family Development
Corporation and a member of its executive and finance
committees and also serves on the Board of Trustees
of Dress for Success Mercer County. Both are local
nonprofit organizations serving children, families
and women of the Mercer County area. Lisa
is an active member in the New Jersey Society of
CPAs (NJSCPA). During the past seven years she served
the Mercer Chapter in many roles and positions,
among those, one term as president and one term
as committee chair for their annual tax seminar.
She currently serves on the Chapter’s scholarship
committee. Lisa has also served on various state
level committees including the Financial Literacy
Committee and the Chapter Operations Manual Advisory
Group. Lisa is a former adjunct instructor at The
Center for Continuing Studies at Mercer County Community
College, where she taught the Certified Bookkeeper
Program for three years.
A graduate of Rider University, she is licensed
to practice in the State of New Jersey. She is a
member of both the American Institute of CPAs and
the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Lisa is a lifelong
resident of Hamilton, New Jersey where she resides
with her husband and son.
