He was recently named to the firm's Statement
on Auditing Standards Task Force, which addresses
and interprets pronouncements impacting the financial
reporting of organizations. Kyle also has been involved
in designing and implementing the automated financial
reporting practices at the firm and has led various
training programs to teach other associates about
the new systems. As a member of the firm's Audit
and Assurance Group, Kyle was part of the team that
implemented automated work papers, which standardized
procedures and risk-based audit approaches to the
firm's financial service engagements.
He also has extensive experience in the preparation
of operational analyses, financial forecasts and
financial feasibility studies for both for profit
and nonprofit, long-term care and multi-housing
organizations.
He has experience with governmental, nonprofit
and commercial audit engagements and has assisted
organizations with acquisition, expansion, refinancing
and debt financing of governmentally controlled
residential, multi-housing, assisted living and
nursing facilities. Furthermore, he has experience
in completing arbitrage rebate and verification
agent calculations.
A graduate of Rider University, with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration, Kyle is licensed
to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and is a member of both the American Institute and
the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kyle is the Treasurer of Mercer County Sports and
Entertainment Commission, a nonprofit organization
that promotes tourism and is an outside consultant
to the Daily Princetonian, a student run newspaper
catering to Princeton University. Kyle resides in
Newtown, Pennsylvania with his wife, Valerie, and
their daughter.
