Conrad has a comprehensive professional practice in both the tax and financial consulting areas and is known for his forward thinking and proactive approach to both tax planning and financial structures. Mr. Druker assists his clients on a regular basis providing financial services that include, but are not limited to, business valuations, business or investment acquisition/divestiture evaluations and structuring, preparation of business plans, extensive financial modeling, private and public financing evaluation and structuring, and general financial and cash flow counseling. As a trusted advisor and confidant, Mr. Druker also serves as trustee and executor for many of his clients and their families.
Mr. Druker represents clients in many industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and various service sector industries. Many of Mr. Druker’s clients are large, closely held organizations that have been family-owned for multiple generations. Mr. Druker’s role includes being the prime financial consultant to assist both the businesses and the families manage their financial affairs.
In addition to Conrad’s continuing role with his long term clients, he is active in the firm’s litigation support and forensics practice, and is involved with many of the most complex corporate litigation and investigation engagements.
Mr. Druker serves as a close advisor to the board of directors of many of his clients and maintains a board position for Princeton HealthCare System, serving on the audit committee, The Greenwood House, serving as chairman of the finance committee, and The Lawrence Township Community Foundation. Mr. Druker continues to serve as an advisor to The Lawrence Township Education Foundation and recently concluded his term of more than 15 years as director of The Merrill Lynch Bank FSB where he chaired the audit committee. Additionally, Conrad served as a member of Representative Greenwood's Business Advisory Group appointed by Congressman James Greenwood.
A life-long resident of the Princeton area, Mr. Druker received his degree in accounting and management from Ithaca College and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
